Email and Messaging Expert Services
GSS provides services to clients in the legal, electronic discovery (eDiscovery) and computer forensics communities encompassing email, instant messaging, wireless messaging, directory services, calendaring and collaboration technologies. Prior Art Software
Through its broad technology expertise GSS is able to identify prior art software based on the underlying technology rather than published features accessible to end users.

GSS works with its legal clients to develop and document step-by-step demonstrations using prior art software, for example, to illustrate each step of a patent claim. GSS Labs also prepares demonstration equipment for use in courtroom demonstratives and provides technical services to ensure that prior art demonstrations and technology demonstratives run smoothly.

Legacy Systems
GSS creates historically accurate computer systems to demonstrate prior art software including the hardware and operating system. Demonstration of actual systems exactly as existed in the past can be highly effective and can avoid disputes related to aspects of a demonstration that are not consistent with the time period of the prior art software.
