The correct file to send to
the Mobile user is an export of their own home PO directory with the
parameter "/directory/prop." The hub should appear as a
'p' in the Mobile directory after Import or ADE processing. Exporting
the hub directory is a common error.
The way the Router works when running against a hub PO is by accessing
the user's home PO files directly, thus all other POs should appear
as 'p' entries in the Mobile directory and there should be exactly
1 'P' PO entry which is the user's own home post office. HUBPASS allows
the user to specify the hub PO name instead.
The Router either gets the user's home PO name from the Mobile client
and looks up it's cc:Mail address in the hub directory, or in the
case of HUBPASS, looks up the user name, gets his or her PO name then
looks up the PO and gets it's address. Once the Router has the address
of the user's home PO it simply accesses the PO database files.
Note that this only works for type 1 Router connection (file access)
and does not work for type 2 (Router-to-Router) connections (although
that would be nice).

There are two ways of fixing this:
1) Turn off hub pass on your dial-in's. The you can send the ccmupdat
and they will recieve there correct dial-in post office request. I.E.
they will request there actual po instead of the HUB. You will probably
need to walk them thru deleteing and re-adding the HUB post office
as a directory entry.
2) Manually edit the CCMUPDAT file and change their address to the
HUB. its a text file ) then send it to them. If you do this you must
remember to change there address back before sending the address file
to anyone else. if you have a lot of users this will get old REAL
quick.

Subject: ccMobile address book
I'm having difficulty processing the ccmobile address book correctly.
To create it, I run export /n /p /d /directory /prop (from the users
local po) - this creates the ccmupdat file, which I then mail to the
mobile user.
The problem is that when the user processes the updates, it creates
two 'P' entries - one for the hub, and one for the users local po.
I then have to change the hub entry to point to the local po, so that
the user can send mail.
Any ideas?
